Gold per tola gains Rs2,300 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs493,162 after a gain of Rs2,300 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs422,806 after it increased by Rs1,971, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Friday, gold price per tola reached Rs490,862 after a decline of Rs2,900 during the day.

The international rate of gold was up by $23 to reach $4,708 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs92 to reach Rs8,049 per tola.
