LJUBLJANA: Slovenia's largest fuel retailer Petrol proposed to raise its dividend to 16 euros ($19.68) per share from 14 euros paid last year, the company said on Friday.
The proposal needs to be approved by shareholders at their meeting on April 26.
The proposal follows a 12 percent rise in 2017 group net profit to 81.1 million euros reported on Wednesday
