KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 15.387 billion and the number of lots traded at 13,049. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.841 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.786 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.372 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.325 billion), Silver (PKR 1.134 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 620.295 million), DJ (PKR 589.322 million), SP 500 (PKR 282.269 million), Platinum (PKR 255.217 million), Copper (PKR 87.434 million), Japan Equity (PKR 86.590 million) and Brent (PKR 5.570 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 5 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 7.150 were traded.
