KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 5.892 billion and the number of lots traded at 8,497.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 2.168, billion, followed by NSDQ 100 PKR 896.468 million, currencies through COTS PKR 869.600 million, silver PKR 796.874 million, platinum PKR 357.722 million, crude oil PKR 315.386 million, natural gas PKR 297.103 million, copper PKR 99.424 million, DJ PKR 54.702 million and SP500 PKR 36.047 million.
In Agricultural Commodities, 5 lots of cotton amounting to PKR 3.456 million were traded.
