LAHORE: General Manager Risen Energy, a Chinese company, Groden Gao, called on Provincial Minister for Industries and Trade Mian Aslam Iqbal and expressed his interest to invest in solar energy. During the meeting, opportunities of investment in solar energy projects were discussed. The Minister said there is a vast scope of investment in solar energy projects in Punjab.
The government is providing every possible facility to the investors. He said various companies of China have made vast investment in various sectors in the province. He said the Risen Energy should also avail opportunities of investment in solar energy projects.
We will also welcome the Chinese investment for manufacturing of solar panel the minister said, adding that every possible facility will be extended in this regard.
