KARACHI: Descon Engineering Limited (Pakistan & overseas) conducted its first CEO Communication Session for the fiscal year 20-21, bringing together employees and key stakeholders of the company.
The event was opened by Maqsood Ali, President HR, who further passed it on to the CEO, Nadeem Bajwa. Speaking on the closing of Fiscal Year 19-20, the intention was to abreast all the employees aware of the progress made, challenges faced, and key takeaway of the previous year.
Nadeem Bajwa started the session by elaborating on the importance of each core value i.e. CLATOS - Continuous Improvement, Leadership, Accountability & Ownership, Teamwork, Open Communication & Safety.
Speaking on the previous fiscal year performance he shared that Descon has achieved 24.83 million Safe Man-hours across Descon Engineering Limited with ZERO LTI, a remarkable milestone for the company, in addition to a reduction in the number of "Hazards reported" as compared to the year 2018-19.-PR
