Futures spread up by 1023bps

KARACHI: The futures spread increased by 1023bps to 15.24 percent on the last day of the outgoing week.

Trading activities on the futures counter improved significantly as average daily volumes increased by 73.0 percent to 155.32 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 89.78 million shares. Average daily trading value on the futures counter increased by 57.1 percent and stood at Rs 8.79 billion during this week.
