LHC directs to produce record of Hajj policy 2011

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday issued notice to secretary religious ministry to produce the record of Hajj policy of 2011 till February 10. The court passed the directions in a petition filed by a bar member Azhar Saddique. The petitioner contended ministry has still not announced Hajj policy 2012.
He said Hajj ministry wants to give quota to some favourites Hajj operators, due to this practice a number of scandals appeared in Hajj affairs. He prayed to the court to direct the ministry to produce the record pertaining to the previous Hajj policy.
