ISE index up 7.09 points

Equities moved both ways at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday where investors adopted a cautious approach amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index showed an improvement of 7.09 points from 2,620.62 points to 2,627.71 points. Turnover amounted to 88,400 shares as compared to previous volume of 3,950 shares.
Total 117 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks, 79, closed in positive territory and 38 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Bank of Punjab was 51,400 shares. The volume of Attock Refinery 19,500 shares. The turnover of Nishat Mills was 10,000 shares.
