Nominal business, changes seen on grain market

Small business was seen on the wholesale grain market on Saturday as leading participants were on the sidelines due to less buying interest, dealers said. On the rice sector Irri-6 Sindh low type maintained overnight level at Rs 3000 and better type was higher by Rs 30 to Rs 3080, other items retained overnight levels, they said.
On the seeds side cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh low type shed Rs 50 to 600 while the good type was inert at Rs 750 due to easy supply position, they said.
