Registration of cases against MS PIC: SHO asked to submit report by January 27

An additional district and sessions judge admitting a petition for regular hearing called for report from SHO Shahdman by January 27 seeking court directions for registration of case against Medical Superintendent Punjab Institution of Cardiology (PIC) for a number of patients' deaths due to spurious medicines.
Earlier, the petitioner counsel contended before the court that negligence of the doctors caused the deaths of the innocent people. He approached the SHO concerned for registration of the cases but he did not bother.
