Promoting trade activities: India, Pakistan urged to make joint efforts

Provincial Minister for Planning & Development Chaudhary Abdul Ghafoor said on Saturday that Pakistan and India would have to make joint efforts for removing misunderstandings and promoting trade activities. He was talking to an Indian delegation led by prominent Indian artist Shatrughan Sinha at Allama Iqbal International Airport, here on Saturday. The delegation was given a warm send off.
The minister said that peace was essential for progress and development in the region and the leadership of both the countries would have to work in this direction. He said that time has come for India and Pakistan to bridge the gulf between them and cooperate with each other.
