Intermittent snowfall continued in the upper parts of the country including Azad Kashmir to keep the weather chilly besides blocking main roads for general traffic. In Kel, Neelum, Leepa, Sadhan Gali, But Sherh, Punjal Gali and Seer Kot of Azad Kashmir, snowfall is continuing for the past many days, a private news channel reported.
Snowfall is also reported in upper parts of Baltistan division, Chitral, Murree, various areas of Hazara Division, Abbottabad and other adjoining areas. Sporadic snowfall dropped mercury level in Bajoaur, Khyber Agency, Upper and Lower Dir and others. More than one feet snow was reported in Galliyat, Abbottabad district. Snowfall was also reported in the mountainous areas of Mansehra and Battgram Districts. The link roads in Naran in Mansehra and in the Ilai valley in Battagram remained blocked due to snowfall.
