Bears dominate ISE

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 34.84 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,554.96 to 2,520.12 points. The overall turnover amounted to 10,001 shares as compared to previous turnover of 8,700 shares.
Total 110 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (59) closed in negative territory, 51 landed in plus column and 0 companies remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Fatima Fertiliser was 5,000 shares. The volume of National Bank was 2,000 shares. The turnover of Bank of Punjab was 1,000 shares.
