A bar member submitted an application in his already pending petition pertaining to Raymond Davis praying to summon former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi to ascertain the court about the pressure for giving diplomatic immunity to CIA contractor Raymond Davis, who had gunned down two Pakistani citizens. The petitioner, therefore, prayed to summon Qureshi before the court in order to resolve the case in the light of his statement.
