To demand the release of missing leaders of JSQM, a strike was observed in Larkana, on the call of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Movement (JSQM). The JSQM had given strike call as their leaders, G M Abro, Noor Abro and Anwar Depar are missing for a long time. Political activists stopped shopkeepers from opening bazaars and a lot of markets could not be opened in morning hours.
Police arrested at least 20 troublemakers. However, other towns of Larkana district including Ratodero remained opened.
