At least two persons including a trader of cattle were killed in separate incidents at various parts of the metropolis here on Monday. According to police and rescuers, a trader of cattle was shot dead in cattle market at Super Highway in the limits of Sacchal police station.
The incident took place on early Monday where unidentified armed men targeted a cattle vendor Abdul Ghani, 40, son of Allah Ditta. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico legal formalities. Police said the victim, who hailed from Bolan, Balochistan, was killed over personal enmity. No case was registered till filing of this report.
A man was stabbed to death at Qasba Colony Muslimabad in the limits of Pirabad police station. The victim Kashi, 30, a resident of Muslimabad Qasba Colony, was targeted by unidentified men with axe on early Monday. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for post-mortem. No case was registered till filing of this report.
