Nine killed in bus-car collision

At least nine people were killed and 30 other injured in a pile-up near Adda Shabbir on Chiniot road, here on Wednesday. According to details, a speeding bus crashed into a car and a passenger van at Sultanpura adda.
Six passenger of wagon died on the spot, while three died on their way to hospital. Villagers of the area also took part in rescue work and shifted injured persons to the DHQ hospitals of Jhang, Chiniot and Allied Hospital Faisalabad, where emergency was declared. Police Jhang Sadar reached on spot and three vehicles were taken into custody.
