Rahnuma is a student based NGO which has announced its partnership with Cakeoholic, a local bakery, where they have jointly launched a new product the 'Cakeoholic-Rahnuma Chocolate Fudge Cake'. All proceeds from the sale of this new product will go to Rahnuma, to support their exceptional work for flood-relief, education and other neglected sectors in Pakistan.
This was announced at an event, which was held at the Nusserwanji Courtyard of the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, and was widely attended by students, and other renowned personalities from the media and entertainment industry. Cake auctions were also held at the end, where all collections were donated, for the support of Rahnuma projects.
At the occasion, Dabeer Hemani, the founder core member of Rahnuma said "We believe in moving forward through collaborations and partnerships to make its projects sustainable. With the Rahnuma Cakeoholic Cake Launch we aim to maximise on the potential of this fundraising idea and request all our members, friends and mentors to buy this amazing cake, that will bring a smile on faces of so many others. Rahnuma also thanks Cakeoholic for this wonderful effort and looks forward to more exciting collaborations with this home based bakery. "
At the occasion, Nadia Parvez Founder Cakeoholic said "We are very proud to launch this initiative with Rahnuma, which is doing such amazing and noble work in the social sector.
