Babar Awan calls on Ibad

Former Law Minister Dr Babar Awan on Friday called on Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan at Governor House and discussed prevailing political situation in the country. According to a Governor House statement issued here, both the leaders expressed their determination that both the major political parties would work for political stability in the country as a whole and Sindh province in particular.
They also hoped that political harmony will be promoted with mutual understanding and resolve all issues by continuing with the policy of reconciliation in the greater national interest. The issues related to the constitution also came up under discussion and it was agreed to work for rule of law in the country, the statement added.
