The Swiss franc slipped against the dollar and the euro on Thursday as the focus shifted out of Switzerland and to the European Central Bank's rate decision due later in the session to see how it plans to keep fighting the eurozone's debt problems. At 0716 GMT, the franc was 0.2 percent weaker against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.2117 per euro.
Against the dollar, the franc was down 0.4 percent at 0.8609 per dollar.
