Reference against Dar: Hearing adjourned till Jan 18

ISLAMABAD: An accountability court of Islamabad Tuesday adjourned hearing of a reference against former finance minister Ishaq Dar regarding assets beyond known sources of income till January 18.

AC judge Muhammad Bashir resumed hearing of the reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Ishaq Dar.

NAB's prosecutor Imran Shafiq submitted the verified copy of Islamabad High Court (IHC)'s verdict barring proceedings against the finance minister till January 17.

On which the court adjourned hearing of the case till January 18.

It may be mentioned here that during previous hearing, the court had sought the verified copy of IHC decision staying proceedings against Ishaq Dar.
