City Magistrate (Rural) has cancelled the bogus power of attorney regarding a company Eastern Oilfield Solutions after completing probe in the matter, whereas on the other hand an officer of capital police, by misusing his authority has given approval to close the case against the culprits involved in preparing the fake legal documents.
According to details, Eastern Oilfield Solutions had dismissed its Additional Manager Fawad Zafar. After one month of his dismissal he prepared bogus power of attorney by expressing himself as Manager of the company along with his companion Imran Qureshi and tried to embezzle in the billion rupees assets of the company located at Iraq.
On knowing the real situation the Chief Executive of Eastern Oilfield Solutions Company, Tashfeen Qayyum, started legal action against the wrongdoers and lodged the FIR against them at police station Shalimar for making bogus power of attorney. But a high officer of Islamabad police is backing the culprits who ordered SHO Sabzi Mandi to register another case against the applicant. The source told that the said officer is also telling false story to his high bosses just to clear the case against culprits. On which the plaintiff brought the whole matter to the notice of IG Islamabad Wajid Durrnai and DIG (Operations) Bin Yameen. He also gave an application to the Deputy Collector (Revenue) Islamabad to hold an inquiry about the authenticity of power of attorney prepared by the swindlers.-PR
