ISLAMABAD: After the Lahore High Court verdict, Pakistan Electonic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) chairman Absar Alam immediately relinquished his charge, said a press release issued Monday.

It is worth mentioning here that LHC bench declared appointment of Absar Alam's appointment as null and void.
