JUI calls for stopping supplies to Nato forces

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) has urged the government to immediately stop the supplies to Nato forces and review Pakistan's relations with USA. "Pakistan considered USA as its friend since last 63 years but the USA treated Pakistan like a slave," central secretary general of JUI-F Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said while talking to media at the residence of Maulana Nazimuddin Burdi here on Sunday.
"US president Obama wouldn't dare extending threat to Pakistan, had the government retaliated strongly to the US operation in Abbottabad on May 2," he said. To a question, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri suggested dialogue with Baloch elements fighting a resistance war in mountains. "The Balochistan issue is a political and constitutional one but the rulers never took it seriously. The arrests in Balochistan in kidnapping style and later throwing the bodies of Baloch leaders and activists have proved to be sprinkling petrol on the fire," he contended. To yet another question, JUI could enter into electoral alliance with any party including PPP during next elections. JUI leader opined that the next budget would further cause inflation and bring more miseries to masses.
