Swiss franc little moved

Published Updated

The Swiss franc was little moved against the euro and the dollar on Friday as investors began to see a complete restructuring of Greek debt as less likely and investor risk appetite remained steady. Eurozone governments are considering a plan to prevent a Greek default under which private investors would be asked to maintain their exposure to its debt and Athens would receive a new package of EU/IMF aid, eurozone sources said on Thursday.
The franc was little changed against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.2606 per euro. It was also steady against the dollar at 0.8806 per dollar.
