Kamal A. Chinoy was elected President of Management Association of Pakistan, while Saadia Naveed as Vice President, Sarfaraz Rehman as Honorary Secretary, Syed Masood Hashmi as Honorary Treasurer, and Tariq Kaleem, Wali Durrani, Sarmad Ali and Talib Karim were elected as members.
MAP was founded in 1965 by a dedicated group of business leaders who wanted to improve and stress upon professional management in Pakistan. It is pertinent to note that the Founder President of MAP was Amir S. Chinoy, father of Kamal Chinoy.
