LHC moved to stop transit facilities to US

A petition has been filed before the Lahore High Court (LHC) with a prayer to direct the federal government to stop transit facilities to US till it does not apologies on Abbotabad operation. The petitioner also prayed to the court to declare Pakistan ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani as persona non grata and refer the matter of Abbotabad operation to International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The petitioner Barrister Javed Iqbal Jaffrey submitted spineless policies of preceding Pakistani rulers including Mian Nawaz Sharif, Benazir Bhutto (late) and Pervez Musharraf gave courage to US to carry out operation in Abbotabad.
