LISBON: Portuguese consumer prices fell 0.3 percent in November after rising 0.3 percent the previous month, while year-on-year inflation was 1.5 percent, official data showed on Thursday.
The National Statistics Institute said that restaurant and hotel prices contributed most to the decline in monthly inflation, while petrol prices rose slightly.
Average inflation in the 12 months to November was 1.3 percent, up from 1.2 percent the month before.
