Chairman, Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association (PHMA) North Zone, Chaudhry Salamat Ali has welcomed induction of Rana Asif Tauseef MNA as Minister of State for Privatisation and hoped that with the representation from Faisalabad, problems faced by the industrialists and textile sector will be adequately addressed.
Talking to the newsmen, Salamat said that Faisalabad is the industrial hub and biggest textile centre of the country, however, value added textile sector is facing different problems like extraordinary load-shedding of gas and electricity. Rana Tauseef, being an industrialist, is fully aware of these problems. With his induction in the cabinet, the business community would be able to establish contact with the federal government.
