Senate Standing Committee on Housing and Works on Thursday sought list of those parliamentarians and government officials who have not paid rents of the federal lodges. In a meeting presided by Chairman Senator Abdul Nabi Bangash, the committee recommended ensuring payment of dues by the defaulters.
Bangash said that laws are equal for every individual or institution, adding that vacating Chamba House is a great success of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), which proved that parliament and its committees are working effectively.
