Medical entry test: LHC seeks reply from secretary health

A division bench of the Lahore High Court on Wednesday sought reply from secretary health by May 3 in a petition challenging the process of medical entry test and existence of University Health Sciences (UHS). A student of FSc, Mehvish filed the petition and pleaded through her counsel that admission board of the UHS announced schedule of medical entry test but changed the old format.
She pointed out that previously the students of FSc and O-levels were given entry test papers according to their curriculum while the UHS has now introduced a uniform entrance test. She pleaded that the new uniform policy was discriminatory and based on malafide intention.
