The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has appointed Co-ordinators/Deputy Co-ordinators for the 2011-12 Revenue Budget, who would finalise taxation proposals for the next fiscal year.
According to a notification issued here on Friday, Aftab Ahmad, Chief Inland Revenue IR (Income Tax Policy), has been appointed as Co-ordinator Budget (Income Tax); Abdul Sattar Aora, Chief (ST & FED Policy), Co-ordinator Budget (ST & FED); Dr Naeem Ajaz Qureshi, Chief (SP & CM), Co-ordinator Budget (Customs); Sajid Nazir Malik, Secretary IR (ITP), Deputy Co-ordinator Budget (Income Tax); Adnan Iqbal Swati, Secretary (ST & FED Policy), Deputy Co-ordinator Budget (ST & FED) and Shahanshah Husnain, Secretary (DRD) has been appointed as Deputy Co-ordinator Budget (Customs).
