Pakistan has banned the export of onion to Afghanistan via Chaman border, said Customs officials on Wednesday. The Customs official told that following the directives issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the ban has been placed on the export of onion to neighbouring country Afghanistan, adding Customs has enhance vigilance at the bordering towns to control the illegal smuggling of the banned item.
