The Swiss franc fell against the euro on Monday after European leaders decided to strengthen the euro zone bailout fund, offsetting worries about Japan's huge earthquake and tsunami. The franc was trading lower against the euro at 1.2942 per euro at 0840 GMT compared with Friday's New York close of 1.2926. The franc was also down slightly against the dollar at 0.9301 per dollar.
