Lean business witnessed on grain market

Slow trading was seen on the wholesales grain market on Wednesday as supply position was matching with demand, dealers said. On the rice side Irri-6 Sindh low type was up by Rs 10 to Rs 3360 and best quality was higher by Rs 25 to Rs 3425, other types maintained the overnight level, they added.
On the seed side cottonseeds oilcake with bag inferior type was down by Rs 10 to Rs 1350, the best type, however, posted fresh gain of Rs 10 to Rs 1410, they said. On the cereal and grams sector, prices maintained overnight levels in subdued business, they said.
