National Insurance Company Ltd (NICL) Employees Union (CBA) has expressed concern over the absence of a permanent chairman and board of directors in the company. In a joint statement, here on Tuesday, Gul Mohammad Sud, President and Rahim Gul, General Secretary of the union have requested the President, Prime Minister and Commerce Minister to issue instructions for the solution of this problem.
