Imran Haider, brother of Faizan Haider, killed by American national Raymond Davis, has filed an application before the Lahore High Court praying to allow him to be a party in Raymond's immunity case. In his application Haider pleaded that he is an aggrieved party in the case as Davis had killed his brother along with his friend. Therefore, the court should also hear their viewpoint.
