The Dow and S&P 500 edged higher while the Nasdaq added to gains Thursday morning as the market bounced back from a two-day sell-off. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 7.07 points, or 0.06 percent, at 12,112.85. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index added 2.24 points, or 0.17 percent, at 1,309.64. The Nasdaq Composite Index jumped up 21.11 points, or 0.78 percent, at 2,744.10.
