PIA resumes flight to Sri Lanka

The national carrier - PIA - resumed its flights to Colombo after 3-year here on Saturday afternoon with a flight carrying the passengers. PIA will run three-flights a week on Karachi - Colombo routes. The operation on this route has been resumed after 3-years, with this the PIA the total destinations have increased to 41. A PIA spokesman said that the flight will facilitate Pakistani passengers, business community as well as the expatriates.
The senior PIA officials including the MD were also on board the flight to Colombo.-PR
