A high level delegation of Jamiat-ulema-e-Islam, led by party chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, which is currently in India to attend different functions of Jamiat-Ulema-e-Hind, visited the Golden Temple of Sikh community in Amritsar, a JUI spokesman said in a press release on Monday.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman also addressed the reception hosted by Jamiat-Ulema-e-Hind at Jalandhar. The delegation would also visit Chandigarh, Delhi and Deband to attend various functions. The JUI delegation is consists of Senator Maulana Muhammad Khan Sheerani from Balochistan, Dr Khalid.
