Prime Minister approves five officers' promotion

Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Saturday approved the recommendations of Central Selection Board for promotion of five officers in different services and groups.
Those who have been promoted, include Ghulam Muhammad Qureshi, Railways (Civil Engineering Department) from BS-20 to BS-21; Syed Shahid Ahmed, Railways (Mechanical Engineering Department) from BS- 20 to BS-21; Javed Iqbal Ghauri, Information Group, from BS-19 to BS-20; Qazi Ejaz Ahmed Zahid, Information Group, from BS-19 to BS- 20; and Alamgir Khan, Chief Engineer (floods) Federal Flood Commission from BS-19 to BS-20.
