LHC directs D&SJ to relinquish charge of special judge

The Lahore High Court (LHC) here Wednesday directed D&SJ Muhammad Mansoor Zaman to relinquish charge of special judge (central) Rawalpindi immediately. In a directive issued to Special Judge D&SJ Muhammad Mansoor Zaman, the LHC Registrar said the government of Pakistan has repatriated him to his parent department (LHC) with immediate effect and he is directed to relinquish his charge of office of special judges (central) Rawalpindi forthwith and report to this court immediately.
The D&SJ is resident of village Nila, Tehsil & District Chakwal and copy of the directive has sent to his permanent address besides his place of posting in Rawalpindi where he was serving after his services were put on the disposal of government of Pakistan.
