Accused arrested, arms, cash, and narcotics recovered

KARACHI: An accused dacoit was among four criminals arrested by police from different parts of the metropolis and illicit weapons with number of live rounds, snatched cell phones and hashish were allegedly recovered by joint action by Kemari Division police.

According to police sources on Saturday, the accused were arrested by Mouchko and Jackson police.

Three out of four accused were identified as accused Irshad Shah son of Ali Sarwar Shah, Abdul Nabi Bhatti son of Shaban Ali Bhatti and Muhammad Amir son of Taj Muhammad. Two TT pistols along with four rounds, four snatched cell phones, 1100 gram hashish and Rs 28, 000 looted cash were recovered from the criminals, said SP Kemari Division Arif Aziz.

In another action Saeedabad police in crackdown against criminals arrested an accused Abdul Jalil son of Ghulam Nabi, Mazhar son of Younas and Usman son of Sikandar and recovered three TT pistols  along with eight rounds, said SP Baldia Division Asif Razzak.

Police has registered FIRs and further investigations are underway.
