KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was unchanged on Thursday but was seen inclined towards the weaker side amid an excess of local currency liquidity in the interbank market.

At 0757 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,630/3,640, the same level it closed at on Wednesday.
