KARACHI: Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh of Sindh High Court (SHC) here on Friday granted physical remand of a woman Zainab Bibi and her nephew for seven days in murder case.
According to Shah Faisal Colony police, the woman was arrested on Thursday for killing her husband Ahmed Abbas with the help of her nephew Zaheer in her house in Green Town area.
After killing her husband, the woman attempted to dispose of the body by boiling its parts, the police claimed.
The victim was second husband of the woman, who claimed to have killed the man because he had attempted to assault her 18-year-old daughter from her first husband.
The police after arresting both the accused, registered case under 302 PPC and section 7 of Anti-Terrorism Act and took physical remand from the Administrative Judge of Anti-Terrorism Courts Karachi Division.
