PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti has said that process of payment to land owners from Hasan Abdal to Havelian has started in order to realize Expressway and hoped that construction work on the project will start in the coming three months.
He said that the Expressway will bring pleasant change in social and economic status of people of Hazara division.
He was talking to MPAs during his weekly meetings at his office on Thursday. Those met the chief minister included provincial ministers and MPAs from different political parties.
The chief minister appraised the MPAs regarding impacts of his successful visit to Iran and said that people of both the countries will benefit from agreement of cooperation in various sectors among Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Iranian provinces Fars and Asfahan. The MPAs apprised the chief minister of development activities in their respective constituencies and problems confronting the people. The CM issued directives for solution to people problems.
The MPAs thanked the CM for approving development package worth millions for Lakki Marwat while MPAs from Hazara Division lauded personal interests and efforts of CM and Senator Zahid Khan for revival of 20 years suspended expressway project.
