FBR extend filing date of returns

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the date of filing of Sales Tax/ Federal Excise Duty returns for the period October, 2011.

In a letter issued here Wednesday, the Inland Revenue Wing of the FBR communicated to all Chief Commissioners of LTUs and RTOs that the date of filing of Sales Tax /Federal Excise Duty returns has been extended upto 25th November, 2011 for the tax period of October, 2011, for all registered persons.
