Bench constituted to hear NRO review petition

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Thursday constituted a 17-member larger bench to hear NRO Review Petition (Civil Review Petition No.129 of 2010) from November 21.

The NRO Review Petition had come up for hearing before the Court on April 19,2011 and was adjourned.Thereafter, this case could not be fixed as the requisite strength of 17 Members Bench was not available,said a press release issued here.

Notices have also been issued to all concerned in this regard,it added.
