Meeting convened to review situation in prisons

ayaz-soomroKARACHI: Sindh Minister for Prisons Ayaz Soomro has convened special meeting with the jail superintendents on Nov 18 to review their performance and related problems.

According to statement on Wednesday, the Minister who already holds the charge of Law and Parliamentary Affairs, the meeting will be held at his office in Sindh Assembly Building.

The meeting will review the Jail Manual 2011, development regarding under contruction jails in various districts, and particularly the facilities to be provided to the female and children inmates, it added.
